The tragic passing of former One Direction star Liam Payne has been officially confirmed in a UK inquest. Three months after his death, it was revealed that he died from “polytrauma” – multiple traumatic injuries – following a fall from a balcony at a luxury hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in October.

The Fall at Casa Sur Hotel
Liam, 31, was staying at the Casa Sur Hotel when the incident occurred. It is believed that he tried to climb over the balcony railing in an attempt to escape his room, leading to his fatal fall. He had reportedly fainted earlier in the hotel lobby, making it unclear whether he was fully in control of his actions at the time.

Legal Charges and Family’s Plea for Justice
Five people have been charged in connection with Liam’s death. The hotel manager, receptionist, and Liam’s friend face manslaughter charges, while two other hotel employees are accused of supplying drugs to him. Liam’s family is devastated by the loss and is calling for justice. A close family friend stated that the holiday season has been challenging for his family, but they remain determined to seek answers.
