Wollongong inner city Affordable Housing project

The Housing Trust will celebrate the turning of the first sod, on their new project in Dudley Street Wollongong, on Friday 28 June, 2024.

The Trust advised that the project is perfectly located for key workers, and includes 27 new apartments close to Wollongong’s public and private Hospitals, and a short walk to the CBD, transport, entertainment precinct and beaches.

This project is backed by funding, from the Commonwealth and NSW State Governments, with support from Wollongong City Council.
