Wollongong is on the radar of people leaving Sydney, who’re looking for a more affordable option.
New research from ‘e61 Institute’, indicates that Millennial’s in particular, are leaving Sydney in their masses, in the pursuit of housing affordability.
The ‘e61 Institute’ research, found that most people leaving Sydney were choosing less expensive coastal hubs, within commuting distance of Sydney, such as Wollongong.
