The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a number of warnings for the Illawarra, for Monday 31 March 2025.
The region has a Gale Warning for Monday and Tuesday, while Hazardous Surf Warning as well.
The Bureau advises very heavy surf is expected, which may lead to localised damage and coastal erosion is possible, the conditions may further continue into Tuesday.

Beach conditions in these areas could be dangerous and people should stay well away from the surf and surf exposed areas, particularly south-facing coastlines.
