Domain’s latest data has been released on the Australia rental market.
Shellharbour has come in at number 73 on the list, with a $40 increase from March 2023 to 2024, Wollongong at number 82 with an increase of $40 as well, while Kiama has stayed the same with no change for weekly rents.
The data indicates that a ‘tipping point’ will still likely be reached in 2024.
