An incident at Shellharbour Airport over the weekend, has seen an emergency response after a bi-plane landed on its back.
The Stearman bi-plane ended ‘upside down’ in the middle of the runway, with the pilot and the passenger were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Shellharbour City Council said the incident will be investigated in accordance with aviation regulations.
