An open letter regarding Blue Haven Bonaira, has seen Kiama Council defer debate on the letter till February next year.
CEO Jane Stroud, advised councillors that the ‘notice of motion’, was received from Councillor Kathy Rice, for debate at its meeting on Thursday.
However, Ms Stroud said the notice of motion, didn’t comply with sections of the Code of Meeting Practice, as it contained serious legal, strategic, policy and financial risks.
