Kiama Council makes decision on Blue Haven Bonaira

Thursday’s extraordinary meeting for Kiama Council, has seen a decision on their Blue Haven aged care facility, and the Akuna Street Site.

Council says it resolved, to decline all tenders for the Blue Haven Bonaira divestment, and enter direct negotiations, with the preferred tenderer.

While a development application for the Akuna Street Site, has been lodged with Council for assessment, including two-supermarkets and 82 ‘shop-top’ residential units.
