As part of it’s Growth and Housing Strategy, Kiama Council has put the call out for landowners, to nominate potential development sites for inclusion.
Council’s Jessica Rippon, says the idea is to pinpoint development locations, that strategically align with the strategy, as only sites deemed to possess ‘strategic merit’, will be considered.
The Expression of Interest, is open until 5pm, 24 May, 2024.
