Kiama Council is giving residents the chance to have their say on proposed development controls for the new housing area at South Kiama.
Council has advised the NSW Government has rezoned the site for approximately 450 dwellings, with Council preparing a new chapter of the Kiama Development Control Plan, with objectives and controls to manage the scale and operation of developments.
You can have your say online via the Council website, submissions close 5pm, Friday 19 July, 2024.
