Consultation has opened for the proposed ‘offshore wind power generation zone’ off the Illawarra.
Six sessions will be held, the first in Bulli on September 18, followed by Port Kembla, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, and finally Gerringong on September 21.
Community members, industries and businesses are being encouraged to take part with public consultation open until October 16.
