A Wollongong based chef has been named a finalist, in the prestigious Food Services ‘Chef of The Year’ Awards.
Luke Stephens, Executive Chef at Uniting Farmborough Heights Residential Aged Care home, is one of only 32 from almost 200 applicants across Australia, selected to compete in the 2023 Chef of The Year competition in Melbourne.
Luke has worked for Uniting for eight months, and is excited to represent Uniting in a competition, the finals are from 30 April to 2 May, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
