Kiama Council has called an Extraordinary Meeting at 1pm today, 27 May 2024, to finalise parameters of the sale of ‘Blue Haven’ Bonaira.
The meeting will be a closed session for ‘commercial in confidence’ reasons.
It will allow sale contracts to be drawn up, following the conclusion of negotiations, between Kiama Council and the preferred tenderer.

Contracts will then be provided to councillors to endorse at their regular meeting on 16 July, 2024.
