Changes called for at Wollongong’s Flagstaff Point

Wollongong Deputy Lord Mayor Tania Brown, has called for Council to expedite a traffic study for the popular Flagstaff Hill precinct.

Councillor Brown said ‘one-way traffic’ could be the solution to parking, safety, and congestion of the area, Ms Brown says locals want more parking at the foreshore as well.

Councillor Brown said there’s always talk about being a city for people and improving walkability, but routinely prioritise cars over people.
