Albion Park Rural Fire Brigade were called in at 10:22pm Monday, activated after reports of a persons trapped MVA on Macquarie Pass.
On arrival at the scene with FRNSW 207, a vehicle was located approximately five metres down an embankment.
Crews advised that the occupants were out of the vehicle without injury, the vehicle was recovered and site cleared.
