Bondi attack touches the Illawarra

As the horrific of events in Bondi on Saturday afternoon became more apparent, the tragedy crept into the Illawarra.

One of the victims of the stabbing rampage, has been identified as a woman who grew up in the Illawarra, a former student of TIGS, who went onto achieve in her life.

Mother of two, 47 year old Jade Young, lived in Bellevue Hill, went to the University of NSW, and has been recognised as a successful architect, she was also a member of Bronte Surf Life Saving Club.

NSW Police advise that the family of Jade Young, have requested the above image of Jade is used, and have requested privacy at this time.
