South Coast AMS provides holistic, culturally grounded health, wellbeing, and family support services that empower communities across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Far South Coast, and Goulburn regions. Our purpose is to deliver holistic, culturally supportive care that inspires individuals to reach their full potential. Through quality services and dedicated support, we aim to create positive, lasting outcomes for families and communities. Our Child and Family Services team provides a continuum of support aimed at strengthening families and enhancing child welfare. From early intervention and family preservation to out-of-home care, therapeutic services, psychology, social work, and mentoring, we offer comprehensive care that prioritises cultural safety and family unity. Our Health team focuses on prevention, intervention, and health education, offering an integrated approach to overall wellbeing. Services include GP consultations, outreach clinics, health assessments, immunisations, and chronic care support, as well as specialised services like eye and hearing screening, geriatric programs, podiatry, and dental care. Our Wellbeing team supports balanced health across physical, social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. Programs include Aboriginal child and youth mentoring, counselling, case management, justice support, substance use support, and men’s and women’s groups.
