Monday night’s Wollongong council meeting will include a vote on the sale of unused land and properties in Dapto, Bulli, Mount Ousley and Lake Heights.
Documents show some of them have been Council owned for decades, here’ll also be a vote on a $680,000 tender to replace the roof of Bulli Beach Cafe.
The work is due to start next month.
