The latest House Price Report for the June Quarter from Domain, shows home prices across combined capitals, experienced another quarter of growth, and reaching new record highs.
In Wollongong, house prices have hit a median price of $890,000; a year on year rise of 1.1 percent.
While in Kiama the report shows unit prices have actually come off, with the median price of $865,000; down 11 percent for the year.
