A teenage girl will appear in court today charged over an alleged armed robbery in Woonona on Wednesday.
Just before 6.30pm on Wednesday, a person – wearing a face covering – entered a store on Park Road, Woonona, and allegedly threatened two employees with a knife, before stealing three bottles of alcohol and taking off.
Police caught up with the teen at a park where she tried to take off again, and allegedly assaulted officers.

She’ll front a children’s court today.
