Local people with a disability are expected to benefit from a new social centre being built in Church Street Wollongong.
The community hub will feature a modern open plan space for people so they can receive individual or group-based support.
Construction starts next week and a grand opening should take place by the end of April next year.

CEO Jake Pearson said it’s an ideal location.
“It’s nice and flat and accessible,
“It’s also close to the Wollongong and public transport,”Mr. Pearson said.
