Transport for NSW has advised of changed traffic conditions on Picton Road between the Westbound Rest Area and Cordeaux Dam for safety improvements from this week.
Work will include installation of a median safety barrier and fauna exclusion fencing.
Work will be carried out from Monday 10 July to Friday 1 December, weather permitting.
Work will be carried out during the day from Monday 10 July to Friday 14 July and Friday 28 July to Friday 1 December between 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, weather permitting.
There will be some night work required from Sunday 16 July to Thursday 27 July between 7.30pm to 4am, Sunday to Thursday, weather permitting.
A reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place during work hours, and 80 km/h outside of work hours.
