Kiama Council has received requests from the community to extend its exhibition period for the Planning Proposal to reclassify the land on which Blue Haven Bonaira is located.While Council has complied with all of the requirements set for us by the Department of Planning and Environment (being for 20 days), we see no reason not to extend the exhibition period to allow an additional eight days for community comment, as requested. The proposal will now be publicly exhibited to 11 April 2023.
A further 21 days (minimum) will then be provided for the public to prepare for the Public Hearing.
